 Focus on Success Katie Gorman, Director of Operations Administration
With dedication and attention to detail, Katie takes pleasure in the challenge of finding areas within SFI that need support, and jumping in to make things happen. Katie's background in bookkeeping, loan processing and building management, results in organization and professionalism for the company. Katie is at her best while motivating others and teaming with her colleagues and her clients to consistently find solutions. Katie's strong belief in the Sales Outsourcing Model is where her true passion for detail, relationships and organization shine. A well-rounded team member, Katie is well-versed in client prospecting, operations processes, support development for new programs and marketing, as well as overseeing the operations staff for accuracy of data tracking for clients. Katie works closely with the management teams to ensure programs have proper support and continuously follow SFI guidelines. Katie has been married for six years to her husband Dave, and together they enjoy long car rides and weekend trips to the beach. Between spending time with her five adorable nieces and spoiling them rotten, Katie keeps motivated through books, biking, running and playing the piano.
